- 💰 All payments made to SkillWave Edutech are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed.

- 💸 If a refund is approved, only 20% of the total paid amount will be refunded. The remaining 80% will be retained as administrative, processing, and coordination charges.
- 🚫 Once live classes, training sessions, or mentorship activities begin, no refund will be processed under any circumstances.
- 🔄 As an alternative to refund, students may be allowed to shift to another batch or domain, based on availability and approval from the SkillWave Edutech team.
